Welcome to San Jerónimo and its warm climate.

In our house, you will find comfortable rooms in a quiet area away from the noise of the city and with a natural environment. Additionally, you will have access to the building's gym and pool. Come and relax and enjoy a warm climate and a natural atmosphere

You will be just a few blocks away from the main park of San Jerónimo, in one of the last buildings constructed in the area. Points of interest: Streams, rivers, ecological walks

It's important for you to know that the parking for cars has an additional cost that is not included in the rate

House rules:

-Accommodation is for rest and enjoyment of the natural environment, so sound must be moderate in: television, speakers, and any player; in such a way that it allows people to hear each other while conversing and does not interrupt the healthy coexistence with guests and neighbors in the area.

-Music with moderate sound from Sunday to Friday from 23:00 to 8:00.

-Music on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sundays before a public holiday, during the same hours.

-Rest period from 23:00 to 8:00.

-The consumption of psychoactive substances (marijuana, cocaine, etc.) that affects healthy coexistence is not allowed. There are no exceptions within the private and common areas of the property.

-Moderate alcohol consumption by guests, in a way that does not affect their behavior, is in full control of their senses, and takes care of their own health and that of other accommodation users.

-Pool hours from 9:00 to 20:00.

-Intimate relationships are suggested in the private area of the accommodation, as the property is in a building with neighbors.

-The use of the accommodation for prostitution and relationships with minors is not allowed. Legal norms sanction the latter as a crime.

-There are surveillance cameras outside the accommodation for the security of all parties
